Gold Rate on 17 September 2009
On 17 September 2009, the 24K gold rate in Pakistan was PKR 40,000 per tola and PKR 3,429 per gram as per the official APGJSA announcement.
The 22K gold rate was PKR 36,700 per tola, which is the most popular purity for gold jewellery in Pakistan.
Gold rates in Pakistan are announced by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) on every working day. The rates are derived from the international gold market price converted to Pakistani Rupees.
